Im 37 years old and 6 months ago I went vegetarian and love it. I weighed 240 pounds and am now 170. Im in better shape now than I was in high school. I made a decision not to eat processed food only good fresh cooked food. It wasnt easy, processed food is addicting cause it is made that way by food companys to get you hooked. Processed Fat--sodium--and--sugar are very hard to stay away from cause they are in 90% of packaged foods.
